I live in California and my kids live in Venice Florida. I have used Venetian flowers for special occasions many times. My kids have always marveled how beautiful the arrangements are. This time when I sent flowers, they did not answer the door. The delivery person, Rhonda, had called many times and finally called me in California. While she waited, and it was raining hard, I called everyone in the family until finally someone answered and answered the door. I am so impressed and happy that Rhonda persevered. She's a gem! And the flowers were a hit.
