I ordered a potted arrangement as a condolence gift to my sister who it just lost her husband. Venetian flowers was very kind, polite, accurate and kept me up to date with delivery etc. My sister was very pleased.

Order a “Happy Birthday”ballon, but got a “so thankful for you…mom”. Not even close. Arrangement was nice, but lost the effect with my wife on the ballon. Hopefully, I’ll get the ballon refunded back.
