I purchased these for delivery from 1,000 miles away (my friend lives in Venice). The communication was exceptional as they texted me a picture the day of delivery letting me know it would go out shortly. I also got a message when it was delivered. The picture online was identical to the one delivered and my recipient loved the flowers. Thank you Venetian Flowers!
