Venetian Flowers went above and beyond my expectations! They told me that the flowers I had chosen were not available, so they used different ones they had and while the arrangement didn't look like the photo I picked, they created a BEAUTIFUL arrangement that put a smile on my grandfather's face when he arrived at his room in hospice. They were delivered in a timely manner, and I love that they sent me a photo of the finished product, along with confirmation that it had been delivered.
