Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ana and her team went above and beyond to do a custom arrangement for my father's celebration of life. I had made the 5,000+ plus miles trip to be there as he passed, and just didn't have the means to make the trip a second time for the gathering. I was devastated, but Ana made it so easy to make a beautiful customized piece for him, even while being so far away. I can't say enough good things. Thank you so much for being so wonderful!
