The service was fantastic! I accidentally put an old address in for the delivery and they called me to get the new address and then called me back to tell me they successfully delivered it!

Great service! Venetian went over and above what I expected. I gave them the wrong hospital for the delivery. They figured out the right hospital and got the flowers delivered the same day, then took my call after hours when I resluzed what I had done. Thanks! And the patient loved the arrangement.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Venetian Flowers hand-delivers to Venice, Wellen Park, Nokomis, Osprey, Englewood (34223), and select areas of Sarasota. Delivery fees range from $12–$25 depending on distance and are calculated at checkout. All local deliveries are made in our own vehicle by our team, so your flowers are handled with care from our studio to your door.
For weddings and special events, we provide service throughout Florida. These are booked and planned in advance so we can coordinate timing, setup, and any on-site requirements with you directly.
Delivery Times & Cutoff
Orders must be placed by 2:00pm Monday–Saturday for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays, will be delivered the next available day.
Missed or No-One-Home Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, visible location when possible, or contact the recipient/sender to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.
We accept returns within 1 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges — please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
